When qualifying a candidate, we conduct thorough and in depth telephone and face to face interviews to ensure that the requirements of both our client and the candidate are met correctly. Typically, we will present our best three candidates within 5 to 7 working days and as part of our contingency solution, we will manage the subsequent interview and offer process.
